Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a lawsuit filed by fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, who alleges that in September 2016, Combs sexually assaulted her and threatened her life by dangling her over a 17th-floor balcony at the Los Angeles apartment of his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

According to the lawsuit, Bongolan was staying at Ventura’s apartment when Combs arrived in an agitated state. He allegedly groped her and, despite her resistance, lifted her over the balcony railing, threatening her life. The incident reportedly ended when Ventura intervened, pleading with Combs to stop.

Bongolan’s suit also claims she witnessed abusive behavior by Combs toward Ventura, including an incident where Combs allegedly threw a large knife at Ventura. Additionally, Bongolan alleges that during her professional interactions with Combs, she was subjected to forced drug use and verbal threats.

Combs, currently detained on separate charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, has denied these allegations. A representative stated, “Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.”

This lawsuit adds to a series of legal challenges Combs is confronting, including multiple allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse spanning several decades.
