Justin Combs, the eldest son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has reportedly been banned from renting homes in Los Angeles due to allegations of hosting large, disruptive parties that resulted in property damage. A Southern California mansion broker claimed that Combs would rent properties under the pretense of small gatherings but would instead host events with hundreds of attendees, leading to significant issues for property owners.

The broker stated, “The company that I work with rented houses to Justin. He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over.’ But there would be 200 and then they would wreck the house.” This pattern of behavior has reportedly led to property owners refusing to rent to Combs.

In response to these allegations, Combs’ attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, asserted that his client has not faced any legal action related to these claims, stating, “Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason – he did nothing wrong.”

This development adds to a series of legal challenges facing the Combs family. Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently detained on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering, with bail denied multiple times. Additionally, Justin Combs is involved in a lawsuit over $190,000 in unpaid car lease bills, which his lawyer attributes to a mailing error.
