Combs’ legal team argues that the documentary was created with a reckless disregard for the truth, aiming to damage his reputation ahead of his upcoming criminal trial. Combs, who is currently detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center facing serious charges, has had several bail requests denied.
